Product Difference

1. *Product Portfolio*: Amul has a more diversified product portfolio, including dairy products like cheese, butter, and ice cream, as well as non-dairy products like chocolates and fruit juices. Nandini's product portfolio is more focused on dairy products like milk, curd, and butter.

2. *Branding*: Amul is known for its iconic branding, including the "Amul Girl" logo, which has become a symbol of Indian dairy industry. Nandini's branding is more regional and focused on Karnataka.

Financial Difference

1. *Revenue*: Amul's revenue is significantly higher than Nandini's, with Amul reporting a turnover of ₹52,000 crore in 2022-23, compared to Nandini's ₹14,018 crore.
